Parenting Tip: Butterfly Tapping

As a new parent, you can often feel worried, anxious, overwhelmed. So this is a quick and easy way to help bring equilibrium to your system. It's called butterfly tapping. It works because one side of your brain is responsible for logic, reasoning, executive functioning. The other side is responsible for playing, being creative, dancing, rhythm.
